Visions of Sugar Plums
The studio is moving into a VERY busy time of the year. And believe it or not, there are only 6 weeks left to schedule a holiday portrait. Over the past year, our studio has tripled in volume. And with every new client, almost each time, they have requested, to purchase a CD of their session. In the past, this was not an option. But as we continue to grow into a new generation of photography, we decided to jump on board. Beginning October 15th, a new price list is available to include digital copies of your sessions for purchase. Pricing will vary depending on the type of session and Baby Giggles members will receive an added value.
This year’s holiday promotion “Visions of Sugar Plums” (as seen in center photo above) will run Nov. 1-5, 2011 and purchases will only be available in CD format for $100.00, along with a copyright release. This will provide each of you, the opportunity to print your own greeting cards and gifts for the holidays. Mini session fee is $29.95 for 30 minutes and payable the day of sitting. Prime session appointment times will fill up quickly, so please keep this in mind when scheduling your appt.

We feel so blessed at the continued success of our new studio location. It is in large part due to your kind words and referrals. As many of you may know, I am temporarily working without an assistant and hope to hire someone again in the near future. It is a bit too much for one person to handle. Our plan over the next month, is to get caught up, complete our renovation and prepare for the busiest time of the year…..CHRISTMAS!!. Yes, we are already scheduling holiday portraits for September and anticipate a very busy season. Our studio will be closed Friday, July 1 through Monday, August 1. Scheduled appointments will not be affected, along with those Moms who will be delivering during this period. All orders due to arrive in July, will be mailed to the address on file (if your order was paid in full). This will not affect those clients who are waiting for proofs or have had sessions in the month of June. Those orders will be processed as scheduled. However, any outstanding proofs have been extended on-line until Thursday, June 30th. We encourage you to get your orders in before next Thursday. We apologize for the late notice but feel we can better serve our clients, if we step back and restructure at this time. We will continue to schedule future appointments during this time via email at theportraitcottage@gmail.com. but voicemail will not be available.
